Modernization of hydraulic pipe testing press Yamasui was made with the aim of achieving the test pressure of 120 MPa.

The press is operated at Sumgait tube-rolling plant JSC "Azerboru"

In the framework of the project of modernization with the aim of achieving the test pressure of 120 MPa it was developed the design documentation and were manufactured  hydraulic press valves, new rod of multiplier,  seal kit, the procurement of the necessary modern control equipment was carried out.

Also  the delivery and implementation of automation systems and backup of press data were fulfilled.

Thus, the press increased the pressure of pipes testing from 30 to 120 MPa, and Automatic Control System allowed to record test data for each pipe in automatic mode.

Weight of equipment is 5400 kg
