In 21.04.2017 the guarantee tests of transport equipment for the area of application of polyurethane foam coating for pipes of medium and large diameter were carried out in the shop of anticorrosion pipe coating of JSC "VYKSA METALLURGICAL PLANT".

The parameters of the equipment, including its functionality, performance, quality indicators stipulated in the Contract, were checked in the course of conducting the guarantee tests.

The guarantee tests confirmed that the equipment provides transportation and transfer of pipes on routes and to position given by technical task, specified under the contract. Customized high speed equipment parameters provide the necessary line capacity. The noise level at the working places of operators caused by transport equipment opreration during transportation and transfer tubes, does not exceed 75 dB (measured on a scale of A). The achieved performance, functionality and quality indicators for operation of the equipment conform to the conditions of the contract and technical task.
