Composed 4-position tool part  of spindle head of pipe-threading machine.

The tool head is an integral part of pipe-threading machine, and is intended for threading types: "Batress", "OTTM", "Triangular".

The repair was made to restore parameters of geometric accuracy, rigidity and efficiency in the structure of the pipe-threading machine as a whole.

Performed works:

- Restoration of all the geometric dimensions to the original.

- Restoration of all the threaded holes, lubrication system.

-Manufacture and replacement of sliding members, sliding members rods, head rods, springs.

-Replacement of rubber and teflon rings.

- Restoration of the geometric shapes of the pusher.

- Restoration of geometric shapes and seats of the head body.

­- Manufacture and replacement of guides, ledges, sectors.

- Replacement of bearings GSN15PC3, GSN20PC3, GSN25PC3, LM40UU.

- Synchronization of sliding members movement.

- Restoration and blowing of all channels for lubricant and coolant.

- Restoration of coolant relief valves.

- Restoration of thread in pusher holes.
