English (UK) Pipe facing machine model KJ 9155F1 is intended for ending and facing of pipes with the diameter of 1016 to1220 mm; length 9,000 – 12,200 mm, wall thickness: 8-22mm. The machine is installed in the line of the customer 's electric weld pipe mill TESC-6 of JSC «CHELYABINSK TUBE ROLLING PLANT».
The geometry of faces is ensured by the mould and plate arrangement at supports. The permanent size of truncation is ensured by the pie internal diameter template machining method.
